I am a foriner, would like to get some additional information that would allow me to plan a trip around Israel.
About me: I am an ultramaraton participant, would like to cycle around Israel borders within max 72 hours, therefore I neet to:
1. get a proposal of the track that would allow to use a roadbike - good surface, moderate/weak traffic - I would like to start
and finish in Tel Awiw.
==> You have to be more specific what do you mean around Israel
Definitly along the border between Israel and Egypt it is not common to travel freely

2. information about supply, what is a usual timing of shops openes, are there any days when all shops are closed, are there any shops opened clock around, what about gas stations, would I be able to buy soda/snacks there in order to continue my trip?
==> Shops regulary open 08:00/09:00 - 19:00/21:00 but there is no problem to get stuff at gas stations 27/7
3. what kind of weather can I expect to have Dec/Jan - do I need to have raincoat, how likely would it be that temperatures would go bellow 10 celcius

4. accomodation: would I be able to rent a room in hostel in case I would be very erly e.g. 1 am what is an "avaradge" price for a single bad

5. Would I be able to comunicate using English?
==> No problem with English
